The location was perfect, the room was very clean with nice views, and there was a common kitchen available.

the breakfast was savoury and tasty, featured plenty of meals. the staff were really kind and provided help.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Valencia. Fairly quiet and clean units with pseudo windows, a balcony, free coffee, and the staff were AMAZINGLY NICE. Had very central location in the heart of Valencia.

We loved the clean triple room with complimentary coffee and tea that made us feel at home in a great location downtown.

The hotel's location was fantastic, short walk to center, restaurants and historic monuments, and train station and a restaurants. It was around 4-6 minutes walk from El Colmado de la Rivera, where you can have lunch. The rooms were cozy and beautiful, with pseudo windows to the pseudo terrace. Milk, toast and eggs were really appreciated...

Booked a room with a balcony. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent there, close to the city center. The stuff was very helpful.

The hotel is very clean and well located in the city. the venue has a super central location next to many restaurants. Ciutat Vella district was worth visiting.

The room at B&B Una Habitacion Propia was cozy and inviting, with a charming tile floor and a comfortable bed. It gave me that rustic feel I was craving, and I instantly felt connected to nature. Plus, having a washing machine in the room was a huge convenience!

Some might find the shared bathroom a downside, but I didn't mind it at all. It added to the communal feel of the place and reminded me of staying at a friend's house.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience, the place was clean, and it's conveniently located near restaurants, our room even had windows facing the terrace.

Great location, just next to the train station in a really nice area. St Paul's Church was only a 10-15 minute walk from here, making it super convenient to visit. 🚶‍♂️.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located B&B. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure everything was clean and well-maintained. The room had a great view of the lively streets of Valencia, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Despite the slight noise from the street, it didn't bother me at all. The price was very reasonable for what I got, and I especially appreciated the common area, terrace, and kitchen facilities. I highly recommend this B&B.

The warmest, loveliest owner who couldn't be more helpful. Clean shared bathrooms, excellent location for exploring, and amazing bars and restaurants downstairs. Comfy beds, own room, and luggage storage after check-out. Easy access to public transportation, common areas, and helpful staff.
